Koleda ist ein Schweizer Unternehmen, das sich auf Smart-Home-Technologien und energieeffiziente Hausheizungen konzentriert. Die einzigartige Hausheizungsl\u00f6sung des Unternehmens kommt ohne zentrales Thermostat aus und bietet effiziente dezentrale Heizung.<\/p>\n

Ein sich schnell ver\u00e4ndernder Markt erfordert innovative, reaktionsschnelle L\u00f6sungen. Daher beschloss das Unternehmen, gemeinsam mit SmartDev eine hochmoderne mobile App zu entwickeln. Mit dieser App k\u00f6nnen Koledas Kunden ihre Heizkosten besser kontrollieren.<\/p>\n

Nach der erfolgreichen ersten Phase des Projekts f\u00fchrten wir ein Interview mit Koledas Chief Commercial Officer Toma Paro.<\/p>\n

Wie sind Sie auf die Idee zu diesem Projekt gekommen? Was war Ihr Hauptmotivator?<\/b>
\n<\/i><\/p>\n

Aufgrund der instabilen Gaspreise kam es zu gro\u00dfen Ver\u00e4nderungen im Smart-Home-Markt. Wir erkannten, dass unsere Verbraucher nicht nur ihr ganzes Haus, sondern nur bestimmte Bereiche zu bestimmten Zeiten heizen wollten.<\/p>\n

Da uns der Komfort und die finanzielle Sicherheit unserer Kunden am Herzen liegen, wollten wir ihnen eine praktische mobile Anwendung zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen, mit der sie ihre Heizkosten im Griff haben.<\/p>\n

Wir stellten fest, dass SmartDev \u00fcber umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der mobilen Entwicklung verf\u00fcgt und ihr Team uns ein sehr ansprechendes Konzept f\u00fcr unsere zuk\u00fcnftige mobile App vorlegte.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Was war das gro\u00dfe, haarige Ziel des Projekts? Was waren die Ziele?<\/b>
\n<\/i><\/p>\n

Unser langfristiges Ziel war die Schaffung einer einfachen und effizienten L\u00f6sung zum Heizen von H\u00e4usern.
\nUnsere wichtigsten Ziele waren:<\/p>\n

  • Entwickeln Sie ein MVP mit guter Konnektivit\u00e4t und guter UI\/UX<\/li>\n
  • Erstellen Sie eine Supportstruktur f\u00fcr Benutzer<\/li>\n
  • Skalierung durch mehr Funktionen und mehr Benutzer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Unser Projekt dauert mittlerweile 1,5 Jahre und ich kann ehrlich sagen, dass wir mit dem Service von SmartDev vollkommen zufrieden sind.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Welche Erkenntnisse haben Sie w\u00e4hrend des Projekts mit Smartdev gewonnen?<\/b>
    \n<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    Ich m\u00f6chte folgende Dinge hervorheben:
    \n1. Es ist sehr wichtig, eine klare Vision des Projekts zu haben, und ein starker Partner f\u00fcr die Softwareentwicklung tr\u00e4gt wesentlich dazu bei, diese zu erreichen.
    \n2. Der Fokus auf UX ist wirklich wichtig, daher m\u00fcssen Sie einen Technologiepartner w\u00e4hlen, der auf diesem Gebiet \u00fcber hohe Kompetenz verf\u00fcgt.
    \n3. Prozesse und Dokumentation sind wichtig, denn Sie m\u00fcssen die Dinge in der richtigen Reihenfolge halten.<\/p>\n

    Unsere Strategie, die wir mit Hilfe von SmartDev umgesetzt haben, besteht darin, uns durch Einfachheit und st\u00e4ndige \u00dcberarbeitung der Benutzererfahrung von der Konkurrenz abzuheben. Ich kann jetzt best\u00e4tigen, dass diese Strategie gut funktioniert.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Welches Ergebnis haben Sie durch das Projekt erzielt?<\/b><\/p>\n

    \u2013 Wir haben eine gute, zuverl\u00e4ssige App mit vielen einzigartigen Funktionen, wie z. B. einer intelligenten Planungsfunktion und einer Fernsteuerung der Heizung.
    \nUnsere Kunden berichten oft von ihrer Zufriedenheit mit der Software.<\/p>\n

    Die App ging viral und erzeugte einen Strom von Weiterempfehlungen und Cross-Selling-Aktionen. Deshalb sind wir zuversichtlich, dass das Produkt einen guten LTV haben wird.<\/p>\n

    F\u00fcr mich pers\u00f6nlich ist das wichtigste Ergebnis Vertrauen \u2013 jeden Monat haben wir neue zufriedene Kunden.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
