Im Mai startete Smartdev ein Praktikumsprogramm im Bereich der k\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz mit 24 jungen IT-Fachleuten, Absolventen der besten technischen Universit\u00e4ten in Danang, Vietnam.<\/p>\n

Das Praktikumsprogramm konzentriert sich auf zwei Positionen (Junior Fullstack Developer und Automation Tester). Wenn die Studenten die Ausbildung abschlie\u00dfen, verf\u00fcgen sie \u00fcber ausreichende Kenntnisse auf Anf\u00e4ngerniveau.<\/p>\n

Die Schulung dauert 2 Monate. Im ersten Monat lernen die Sch\u00fcler selbst und SmartDev-Mentoren helfen ihnen, schnell zu lernen. Wir erhalten w\u00f6chentlich einen Bericht f\u00fcr jede Gruppe und geben den Sch\u00fclern Anweisungen f\u00fcr den weiteren Verlauf.<\/p>\n

Im zweiten Monat arbeiten die Studenten an dem echten Projekt, das wir ihnen geben. Sie arbeiten im Team und erstellen jede Woche eine Demo f\u00fcr uns. Nach zwei Monaten Training zeigen sie uns ihr Projekt, das sie erstellt haben. Wir bewerten es anhand von 10 Kriterien. Wenn ein Student 85\/100 (Punkte) erreicht, hat er oder sie das Training bestanden.<\/p>\n

Das Schulungsprogramm hilft den Auszubildenden nicht nur dabei, das Programmieren mit React zu erlernen, sondern auch, ergebnisorientierte Software zu entwickeln \u2013 der Ansatz, auf dem der Produktionsprozess von Smartdev basiert.<\/p>\n

Wie ist das mit COVID-19 m\u00f6glich? Einfache Antwort: Wir werden sie alle online in unserer einzigartigen internen Lernumgebung abhalten, die den Auszubildenden auch im Fernmodus ausreichend Unterst\u00fctzung bietet. Die Smartdev-Lernumgebung wurde unter der Aufsicht (und Inspiration) unseres brillanten CTO Nguyen Le entwickelt.<\/p>\n
