Cela a pris du temps, mais le jour est enfin arriv\u00e9 : SmartDev est officiellement et heureusement install\u00e9 dans ses nouveaux bureaux. Bien que nous ne souhaitions pas transformer cet article en discours de remise de prix, nous tenons \u00e0 remercier tous ceux qui ont rendu cela possible, des ouvriers du b\u00e2timent \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe de bureau en passant par notre direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Ce fut un v\u00e9ritable travail d'\u00e9quipe, et nous appr\u00e9cions l'\u00e9lan acquis gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette collaboration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour f\u00eater \u00e7a, Petr Krasnov, de Verysell, et Alistair Copeland, PDG de SmartDev, se sont rendus \u00e0 Da Nang, au Vietnam, la belle ville de SmartDev. Les festivit\u00e9s se sont termin\u00e9es par un festin complet (avec notamment de l'oie r\u00f4tie !) qui a permis aux employ\u00e9s et aux employeurs de partager leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 amusant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le PDG de SmartDev, Alistair Copeland, et le PDG du groupe Verysell, Petr Krasnov, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 de bons ma\u00eetres de c\u00e9r\u00e9monie.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Les raisons du d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement des bureaux sont multiples, mais l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles est ressortie en premier lieu : SmartDev est en pleine croissance. Par \u00ab croissance \u00bb, nous entendons plut\u00f4t \u00ab essor \u00bb, car les effectifs de l\u2019entreprise ont consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Pour nous, c\u2019est un signe merveilleux et un tournant passionnant. Plus de membres dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe signifie plus de talents, et plus de talents signifie plus de capacit\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Peu de choses sont aussi importantes pour l'\u00e9tat mental positif et la productivit\u00e9 d'une personne que son environnement. C'est pourquoi nous avons consacr\u00e9 beaucoup de temps \u00e0 <\/span>repenser le bureau<\/span><\/a> \u2014 plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, \u00e0 quoi ressemble notre lieu id\u00e9al, ce dont les membres de notre \u00e9quipe ont besoin pour \u00eatre heureux et comment trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre confort et efficacit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

De notre clubhouse \u00e0 notre salle de r\u00e9union et de notre espace de travail ouvert \u00e0 nos r\u00e9ceptionnistes tr\u00e8s sympathiques, nous pensons que notre nouveau bureau est exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Pouvoir travailler avec le sourire am\u00e9liore la vie de tous, y compris celle de nos clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Notre nouvel espace permettra \u00e0 SmartDev de se d\u00e9velopper confortablement, ce que nous avons l'intention de continuer \u00e0 faire dans un avenir pr\u00e9visible (et impr\u00e9visible). Nous sommes l\u00e0 pour rester et nos yeux sont fix\u00e9s sur le prix : devenir rien de moins que la meilleure soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logiciels de Da Nang.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les arbres feuillus commencent par de petites graines, mais finissent par devenir les arbres les plus puissants de la jungle. Nous avons largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le stade de la plantule, mais notre croissance est fix\u00e9e sur un horizon infini.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
