Koleda est une entreprise suisse sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les technologies de maison intelligente et les chauffages domestiques \u00e0 haut rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. La solution de chauffage domestique unique de l'entreprise ne dispose pas de thermostat central et offre un chauffage d\u00e9centralis\u00e9 efficace.<\/p>\n

Un march\u00e9 en constante \u00e9volution n\u00e9cessite des solutions innovantes et r\u00e9actives. L'entreprise a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper avec SmartDev une application mobile de pointe. Cette application permet aux clients de Koleda de mieux contr\u00f4ler leurs d\u00e9penses de chauffage.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape r\u00e9ussie du projet, nous avons men\u00e9 un entretien avec Toma Paro, directeur commercial de Koleda.<\/p>\n

Comment vous est venue l'id\u00e9e de ce projet ? Quelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 votre \u00ab principale motivation \u00bb ?<\/b>
\n<\/i><\/p>\n

En raison de l'instabilit\u00e9 des prix du gaz, nous avons constat\u00e9 un changement majeur sur le march\u00e9 de la maison intelligente. Nous avons constat\u00e9 que nos consommateurs avaient besoin de chauffer non pas toute leur maison, mais des zones sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 des heures pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n

Parce que nous sommes soucieux du confort et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de nos clients, nous voulions leur offrir une application mobile pratique qui leur permettrait de contr\u00f4ler leurs co\u00fbts de chauffage.<\/p>\n

Nous avons constat\u00e9 que SmartDev avait une forte expertise en d\u00e9veloppement mobile et son \u00e9quipe nous a propos\u00e9 un concept tr\u00e8s attrayant de notre future application mobile.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Quel \u00e9tait le grand objectif du projet ? Quels \u00e9taient les objectifs ?<\/b>
\n<\/i><\/p>\n

Notre objectif \u00e0 long terme \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er une solution simple et efficace pour chauffer les maisons.
\nNos principaux objectifs \u00e9taient :<\/p>\n

  • d\u00e9velopper un MVP avec une bonne connectivit\u00e9 et une bonne UI\/UX<\/li>\n
  • cr\u00e9er une structure de soutien pour les utilisateurs<\/li>\n
  • \u00e9voluer gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 davantage de fonctionnalit\u00e9s et \u00e0 davantage d'utilisateurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Notre projet dure depuis 1,5 an \u00e0 ce jour et je peux dire honn\u00eatement que nous sommes enti\u00e8rement satisfaits du service de SmartDev.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Quelles connaissances avez-vous acquises au cours du projet avec Smartdev ?<\/b>
    \n<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

    Je voudrais souligner les points suivants :
    \n1. Avoir une vision claire du projet est tr\u00e8s important, et un partenaire solide pour le d\u00e9veloppement du logiciel aide beaucoup \u00e0 y parvenir.
    \n2. Se concentrer sur l\u2019UX est vraiment important, vous devez donc choisir un partenaire technologique hautement comp\u00e9tent dans ce domaine.
    \n3. Le processus et la documentation sont importants, car vous devez garder les choses dans l\u2019ordre appropri\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    Notre strat\u00e9gie, mise en place avec l'aide de SmartDev, consiste \u00e0 nous diff\u00e9rencier de nos concurrents par la simplicit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9vision constante de l'exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. Je peux confirmer maintenant que cette strat\u00e9gie fonctionne bien.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Quel r\u00e9sultat avez-vous obtenu gr\u00e2ce au projet ?<\/b><\/p>\n

    \u2013 Nous avons une bonne application fiable avec de nombreuses fonctionnalit\u00e9s uniques, telles que la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de planification intelligente et le contr\u00f4le du chauffage \u00e0 distance.
    \nNos clients nous font souvent part de leur satisfaction vis-\u00e0-vis du logiciel.<\/p>\n

    L'application est devenue virale et a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un flux de recommandations de parrainage et de ventes crois\u00e9es, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, nous sommes confiants d'attendre une bonne LTV du produit.<\/p>\n

    Pour moi personnellement, le principal r\u00e9sultat est la confiance : chaque mois, nous avons de nouveaux clients satisfaits.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
