From November 3 to 5, 2025, nearly 400 leaders, innovators, and policy-makers from Switzerland, Vietnam, Europe, and ASEAN gathered in Da Nang for the Swiss\u2013Viet Economic Forum (SVEF)<\/strong> 2025 under the theme \u201cInnovation Partnership for Sustainable Growth.\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-organized by the Da Nang People\u2019s Committee<\/strong>\u3001\u305d\u306e Embassy of Switzerland in Vietnam<\/strong>, and the Swiss\u2013Viet Economic Forum (SVEF)<\/strong>, the event underscored the strategic importance of economic diplomacy and innovation-driven growth<\/strong> between the two nations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Le Thi Thu Hang, opened the forum by highlighting how Switzerland has been a \u201clong-term companion helping Vietnam realize its goals of green development, innovation, and people-centered growth.\u201d Swiss Ambassador, Thomas Gass, emphasized Switzerland\u2019s pride in supporting Vietnam\u2019s digital transformation journey and in advancing a rules-based, sustainable approach to trade and technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Da Nang positioned to become Vietnam\u2019s International Financial Centre (IFC)<\/strong> and a hub for AI, semiconductor, and FinTech development, the forum served as a symbol of Vietnam\u2019s ambition to connect regional and global innovation ecosystems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Petr Krasnov\u2019s Insights: Vietnam\u2019s ITO Evolution<\/strong> <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
