Our flow

Our role is to migrate the ETL mappings, scheduling, connections, and more to the cloud. We begin by assessing the current environment, mapping workloads, data, and dependencies. Then, we define the migration strategy: rehosting (lift-and-shift), refactoring (AWS-specific adjustments), or rebuilding (cloud-native apps). We start with a pilot migration, followed by a phased rollout. After migration, we test and validate performance, security, and functionality, ensuring smooth integrations. Finally, we monitor and optimize using AWS tools like CloudWatch and Trusted Advisor to ensure system stability.
