As a mid-sized German enterprise specializing in toll systems, customer administration, POS networks, and payment transactions, the client has been actively investing in digital innovation. Despite having an internal team dedicated to digital transformation, they lacked deep expertise in AI and had no prior experience implementing AI-driven systems.

Aiming to develop a highly personalized mobile application to enhance user experience, the client needed a technology partner capable of integrating AI across the entire product development lifecycle.
