To advance its digital maturity, the company prioritized the modernization of internal reporting workflows. By centralizing data from disparate sources, including enterprise resource systems, it aimed to eliminate manual bottlenecks and ensure real-time access to reliable information.

  • Manual Data Aggregation: The client was relying on manual processes to collect and aggregate data from various systems. This process was time-consuming and prone to human error, leading to inefficiencies and delays.
  • Lack of a Unified Data Source: There was no single, reliable data source where all necessary information could be accessed for reporting purposes. This scattered data made it difficult to prepare accurate and timely reports (Bills of Materials (BOM), internal invoices, and tax refund documents).
  • Complex Reporting Requirements: The client needed to generate complex reports for regulatory compliance and internal tracking, such as tax refunds and material lists. Additionally, the reporting process was not flexible, as any changes or updates need manual fixes.
