Four Recognitions Across Two Categories
At the Vietnam Top 10 Tech & Map 2025 Recognition Ceremony held in Hanoi on October 9, 2025, SmartDev was honored with four distinctions across two major categories: Global IT Services and A-IoT (AI & Internet of Things).

Behind the Recognition: A Rigorous Selection Process
The Vietnam Top 10 Tech & Map Program is known for its comprehensive and highly selective evaluation system, ensuring that only the most credible and future-ready enterprises are honored each year.
Participating companies are assessed based on 10 groups of criteria divided into two main axes:
1. Vision — evaluating the company’s direction and adaptability through:
- Innovation and R&D capability
- Market and ecosystem development strategy
- Long-term sustainability
- Technological compatibility and alignment with global standards
2. Execution Ability — assessing the company’s operational excellence through:
- Product and service quality
- Customer service and satisfaction
- Business development strategy
- Market share and growth performance
- Financial stability and governance
Based on these dimensions, enterprises are then classified into four groups — Leading, Strength, Exploration, and Specialized Advantage — clearly reflecting their maturity, competitiveness, and growth trajectory.
The program’s outcome also contributes to the creation of Vietnam’s first-ever Tech Map 2025, a visual representation of the country’s digital ecosystem, in which SmartDev proudly appears among the Top 10 companies in multiple categories.
About the Program
Launched in 2014, the Vietnam Top 10 Digital Technology Enterprises Program is VINASA’s flagship initiative to select, honor, and connect the nation’s most reputable technology firms.
Over more than a decade, the program has:
- Honored nearly 800 enterprises nationwide.
- Published 100,000+ multilingual reports and publications (Vietnamese, English, Japanese).
- Connected enterprises with potential partners in 100+ countries and economies.
In 2025, the program expanded further with the launch of Vietnam Tech Map 2025, featuring 389 positions across 23 digital sectors, helping international partners better understand Vietnam’s growing technological landscape.

For SmartDev, 2025 has been a remarkable year of acknowledgment and progress.
Earlier this year, the company earned a hat-trick of honors at the Sao Khue Awards in three categories — IT Services, AI Agent Customer Support Product, and AI Solutions.
