On January 7, 2024, marking the start of a week-long work trip, key members of the BOD of Verysell Group visited SmartDev’s offices in Hanoi and Da Nang. During the trip, they commemorated the company’s achievements and shared their vision for its future, engaging with the teams to align on strategic goals and growth opportunities.
BOD at the Office – A Journey of New Experiences and Memories
The delegation included Mr. Mikhail Krasnov – Executive Chairman; Petr Krasnov – Group CEO; and Alistair Copeland – Group COO. Their visit underscored the importance of SmartDev’s role within the Verysell Group ecosystem and provided an opportunity to engage directly with the talented teams driving the company’s success.
On BOD’s presence at the company, SmartDev employees were delighted to have the opportunity to meet and converse directly with the leadership team. Sharing the same enthusiasm, Mrs. Ha, SmartDev ‘s Marketing Director, expressed joy at their visit, saying, “We usually work together with different time zones and across regions, so it’s truly wonderful to meet in person and shake hands.”
While working at the office, the Board of Directors actively engaged in a series of meetings and strategic sessions to prepare detailed plans for the upcoming period. This collaborative effort allowed the leadership team to immerse themselves in the working culture of the Vietnam office. Despite some differences compared to other environments they may be familiar with, the team’s approach remained highly effective and well organized. The focus on agile principles ensured all processes were streamlined, adaptable, and geared toward achieving optimal outcomes. This experience highlighted the value of embracing diverse work cultures while maintaining a consistent commitment to productivity and efficiency.
A vision for enduring growth and lasting success
During the visit, Mr. Mikhail Krasnov – Executive Chairman acknowledged the incredible contributions of SmartDev’s engineers and back-office staff. He recognized their dedication and pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, particularly as SmartDev navigates its second decade and expands its presence in international markets. He emphasized fostering effective collaboration and utilizing agile working systems to achieve outcome-driven results. Sharing his reflections, Mr. Krasnov stated, “This is my third visit to Vietnam, and my impression remains unchanged. The dedication and quality of work here are remarkable, and I’m confident this will continue to grow as we approach 2025.”
Mr. Petr Krasnov, Group CEO, provided insights into the strategic vision for 2025. His message focused on scaling operations, strengthening capabilities, and expanding into new markets. SmartDev’s growth plans include recruiting new talent to enhance workforce capacity, ensuring all projects are optimized, and maintaining the highest quality standards. “2025 will be an inspiring year,” Mr. Krasnov shared. “We aim to tap into more markets, including Germany, the USA, and the UAE—high-potential regions that align with our strategic goals.”

At the Da Nang office, employees gathered to engage in discussions and hear directly from the BOD.
