Established in 2003, the Sao Khue Awards is a highly respected annual recognition program organized by the Vietnam Software Association (VINASA), celebrating excellence in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector. To be honored with this award, nominated products and solutions must successfully pass a rigorous three-round evaluation process conducted by a panel of 18 industry experts. The assessment covers multiple dimensions, including technical and service criteria such as technological foundation, scalability, innovation, market relevance, and problem-solving effectiveness. It also evaluates the nominee’s business performance, brand credibility, strategic direction, and long-term vision.
1. Three Prestigious Awards Recognizing SmartDev & Verysell AI’s Excellence in 2025
The road to this achievement has been rigorous. From the initial application in early March, through a series of intensive presentations before top industry experts on March 30th, to the final evaluation stages, our teams demonstrated resilience, innovation, and excellence. Ultimately, SmartDev and Verysell AI’s efforts have been recognized at the national level.
In the 2025 Sao Khue Awards, SmartDev and Verysell AI submitted three nominations: one for Best IT Outsourcing Services in the Digital Services category, one for AI Consulting and Solution Development in the Technology Solutions category, and one for Vera – an AI-powered customer care platform – in the Innovation category.
1.1. Outstanding IT Outsourcing Services (SmartDev)
On March 30th, the award submission was formally presented to the judging panel by Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Marketing Director of SmartDev. The session was chaired by Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen, Deputy Director General of the IT Department under the Ministry of Science and Technology.

1.2. AI Consulting and Solution Development Services (Joint award by SmartDev & Verysell AI)
On March 30th, 2025, a presentation was delivered by Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Marketing Director of SmartDev, and Nguyen Quoc Trung, Chief Operating Officer of Verysell AI. The award was accepted by Shaoyu Wong, Chief Executive Officer of Verysell AI. The Jury Chair for the event was Associate Professor Dr. Ta Minh Thanh, Deputy Director of the Institute of Information and Communication Technology at the Military Technical Academy.

On March 30th, 2025, the award was presented and accepted by Nguyen Quoc Trung, Chief Operating Officer of Verysell AI. The Jury Chair for the event was Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoai, Director of the Vietnam Institute of Artificial Intelligence.
Developed by Verysell Group’s Applied AI Lab, Vera AI Agent is a secure, intelligent conversational AI solution designed to enhance business productivity and collaboration. Launched as part of Verysell’s AI innovation initiatives, it empowers organizations across industries like BFSI, Retail, and Manufacturing.

The Sao Khue Award Ceremony was held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Military Theatre, 130 Ho Tung Mau, Hanoi. It was a privilege for Shaoyu Wong (CEO, Verysell AI), Nguyen Quoc Trung (COO, Verysell AI), and Nguyen Ngoc Ha (Marketing Director, SmartDev) to receive the awards from distinguished industry representatives.
