Mikhail Krasnov
Executive Chairman
Mikhail Krasnov holds a Ph.D. in Economics and was confirmed as a Certified Director by the London Institute of Directors. Mikhail is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of over 30 years in the IT industry. Mikhail Krasnov was a co-founder of Verysell Group in 1990, the preceding firm of Verysell Technologies, and one of the top 10 largest IT holdings in Russia from 2004-2011. Mikhail is a Swiss national.
Petr Krasnov
Chief Executive Officer
Petr brings to the table 14 years of legal and financial experience. Having begun his career in the hedge fund industry in London, Petr has been on both sides of multiple M&A deals, and has further worked for 3 years in corporate finance within the IT industry. For the past 7 years, Petr has spearheaded multiple complex mandates which include cross-border mergers, restructurings, and commercial litigations. He graduated from Cornell University and speaks three languages. Petr is a Swiss national.
Alistair Copeland
Chief Operation Officer
Alistair Copeland has over 20 years of experience as an innovative business leader and highly knowledgeable technology expert. His focus on customer success and integrity has earned him the reputation as a trusted advisor to the numerous clients who seek out his services. During the previous decade, Mr. Copeland was the Managing Director of NashTech — a division of Harvey Nash, based in London. He led the expansive build-outs of new markets, drove significant headcount growth, and managed a successful P & L. Mr. Copeland is a graduate of the Queen’s University Belfast with a Bachelor of Science (Major in Computer Science)

Since joining SmartDev in 2021, Luan has played a pivotal role in building and scaling the team to its current strength. As General Director, Luan ensures that our financial operations run smoothly and sustainably, driving long-term growth and stability for the company.

With over 15 years in Software Development, Nguyen is an Agile coach skilled in outsourcing/offshoring, having worked with European, American, and Japanese firms in Vietnam. He also founded the Agile Developer community in Danang.

Dr. Toan leads the AI Engineering team and spearhead the development of SmartDev’s technical expertise. He brings a wealth of knowledge, holding a PhD in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Chonnam National University, Korea. With extensive experience in AI technologies gained through key roles at Samsung and FPT, Dr. Toan is well-positioned to drive innovation and excellence within our organization.
