The ceremony began with a warm welcome as guests arrived at 2:30 PM and were guided through a tour of SmartDev’s Hanoi office. Led by Ha Nguyen, our Marketing Director, this introduction offered visitors a firsthand look at our workspace, providing a window into our team dynamic and the environment where SmartDev’s innovative ideas take shape.

At 2:45 PM, the formal proceedings began with opening remarks and an introduction to the partnership’s vision. Ha Nguyen and Jean-Marc Dallaire, CEO of NEXUMGlobal, addressed the attendees, setting a collaborative tone for the event. They shared insights into both companies’ unique strengths and the objectives that unite us, offering a glimpse into the mutual benefits and future possibilities that this partnership represents.
The heart of the ceremony took place from 3:05 PM to 3:20 PM, when Nguyen Thi Luan, General Director of SmartDev, and Jean-Marc Dallaire took part in the official signing of the MOU.
